Chapter Summary: Caitlin goes out with Rogerson and this time her parents know. While they are out, Rogerson had a couple of stops to make. First to a nice house and gave drugs to a friend, and then to a trailor, but Caitlin didn't know what he was doing there. Then last of all they go to his parent's house, a huge house, and they meet his mom. Then they go to his room and while Caitlin is busy, Rogerson's dad comes in angry at him, hits him on the face and leaves.
Main Characters: Caitlin, Rogerson, his mother and father.
Character Developpement: Caitlin is becoming more herself everyday.
Setting: The different peoples houses, and Rogerson's house.
Quote:" You're father is not pleased, and for once i do not feel like sticking up for you when-". This was important in the chapter because that was Rogerson's mother saying that to him when he and \caitlin showed up late. He was supposed to meet and greet, but he was late. It sounded like she meant that she usually sticks up for him when his father abuses hin (which later we find out he does), so his father probably does that a lot to him.
Vocabulary: Fixated- to make fixed,or stable
Indignantly- angry, mad, infurriated.

Chapter Summary: After going out with Rogerson (without her parents knowing), he does not contact Caitlin for the next few days. As Caitlin sits in her living room watching tv sulking, the Lamont Whipper Show comes on (the show Cass's boyfriend works for) came on. Caitlin sees Cass working on the show. Chapter Summary:The cheerleading team had a big event, and Caitlin fell off the top of the pyramid. After the event, her and some other cheerleaders went to a party. Chapter Summary: Caitlin's best friend Rena convinces her to try out for the cheerleading team with her. She doesn't want to but gives in and ends up making the team.
